We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our organisation. This position is suitable for a self-motivated and organised person who thrives in a busy office environment. With training provided on the job, this role is the perfect opportunity to establish yourself in administration.

The Role:

  • Administration duties including file management, data entry, word processing and filing.
  • Set up of training rooms for courses and printing of training materials.
  • General office and management support.

About You:

  • Be able to work methodically, accurately and neatly.
  • Have good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
  • Have an excellent phone manner.
  • Have a neat and professional personal appearance.
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).

You Must Have:

  • Current driver's licence and own transport.
  • Strong customer service skills.
