Admin Position Available – Full time 38 hours per week

About the role:
? General administration: inbound/outbound calls (including following up clients), writing emails, organising meetings
? Permanent fulltime
? Work from home with some travel required around Cairns
Essential skills and experience:
? Able to manage own time and work under pressure
? A superior telephone manner
? Able to work unsupervised
? Attention to detail
? Min. 2 years experience in Customer service role
? Good written and verbal communication
? Team player
? An ability to think on your feet and is a creative problem solver
? Willing to learn new processes and technologies
? Min. 2 years experience working in an office environment
? Vehicle and current drivers licence
Non-essential skills and experience:
? Social media, promotions and/or marketing experience
