Who Are We and What We’re Looking For
We are a boutique wealth management company that’s based in Sydney and has been in the industry for more than 2 decades. Currently, we’re seeking an Office Administrator who can handle the logistics of running an office on a day-to-day basis.
Ideally, you took a secretarial course or have experience as a Secretary, EA or Office Administrator. However, if you’re a determined and hardworking fresh graduate, we’ll consider your application.
As an Office Administrator, you’ll be fulfilling the following tasks:
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly by answering phone calls, organizing bills, mails and deliveries and attending to other office-related logistics
- Assisting clients when they come in for a meeting
- Handling the calendar for an elite group of Financial Planners and professionals
