Urban Design Group is a family owned business located in Campbellfield manufacturing and distributing a wide range of Street and Park Furniture.
We are looking for someone 2 to 3 days per week working 9am to 5pm each day to join our team. The role includes a wide variety of administration tasks and would suit someone who enjoys being involved with many areas of a manufacturing, importing and wholesale business.
We require someone that displays the following attributes
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using MYOB is a MUST
- Experience in accounts payable is preferable
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service focused
- Ability to work within a team and on their own
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Professional and pleasant phone manner
