This industry leading company that manufactures and implements Health and Lifestyle based products are currently seeking an Administration Coordinator to join the team. This role will report into the GM of Operations and will be integral to the success and growth of the business. Your role will be to support all parties involved in the implementation of these Eco Friendly and Sustainable products.
Your role will include:
- Preparing, producing and maintaining accurate production documentation
- Ordering third party equipment
- Identifying variations & determining the impact on a project
- Reviewing and capturing project invoices
- Assessing processes to maximise efficiency where required
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid experience in an Administrative support role
- Highly organised and high attention to detail
