Relevant experience includes:
• Retail Experience and/or
• Hospitality to include hotels, restaurant and bar work and/or
• Aviation
• Member based environment e.g. gym
Duties include the following:
• Managing a busy switchboard
• Meeting and greeting clients upon arrival
• Housekeeping including maintaining kitchens and other shared areas
• Managing meeting room facilities
• Managing the reception area
• Providing administrative support to clients and senior team members
• General administrative duties including filing, data entry, printing, binding etc.
• Communicating with building and facilities management to resolve building related issues
The ideal candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate the following attributes:

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 12:30 or 1:30 - 6:00 (on a varying roster if needed)
Salary - $24,000 per annum plus bonus's based on both performance and service standards
Start Date – To be agreed
