An opportunity exists for an Office Administrator to join our fast growing Electrical Company based in Camberwell.
This is a part time position preferred hours 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday with Wesfel Electrical Pty Ltd.
The Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of our electrical business. We are looking for a highly motivated person who can deliver exceptional customer service in our supportive office environment. You will have the ability to 'think on your feet' and build relationships with our long-term clients.
Reporting directly to the company director your responsibilities will include:
- General administration
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling upcoming jobs using the latest software (Must be competent with Iphone and Ipad)
- Invoicing and accounts payable
- Maintaining company database
- Communicating with internal staff and external stakeholders
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- a "can do" attitude and be an excellent team player..
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel, Xero
- The desire to learn and develop
- Ability to use your own initiative
