We require someone who likes a job with lots of variety and who loves a challenge! You will be working for a very busy Company Secretary of a group of ASX listed companies.
Requirements for this role include but are not limited to:
- Previous PA/EA/Secretarial experience in a corporate office or legal environment
- Paralegal experience
- Professional attitude & presentation
- Attention to detail for work across multiple companies
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills
- A self-starter with initiative & drive to accomplish what is required
- Attentive & Confident communicator
- Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word & Excel
