Our clients are recognised leaders in their industry; providing Graphic Design, Branding and Websites to their customers.  Due to growth in the business they are currently looking for an Experienced Administrator who is highly motivated, has exceptional computer skills and exceptional attention to detail.  This is a work from home opportunity, so would suit a mature self starter.

This is an Administration Support role you will be responsible for providing admin support to rest of the team, you will be meticulous on following up, project management, experience with Social Media and a can do attitude !  In return you will be given the opportunity to work in a multi-faceted role, alongside experts in the industry. 

In this role you will be:

  • Responding to customer emails and general online enquiries.
  • Providing admin support and general office duties
  • Assisting with preparations for various customer communications and meetings
  • High attention to detail and essential to have common sense
  • Take ownership of escalated account enquiries and drive positive outcomes for customers.
  • Be the conduit between customers and the back office to ensure requests and issues are directed and resolved effectively.
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of databases and invoicing.
  • Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively

What do you need to be successful?

  • 3 - 5 years of more sales and admin support experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Good Computer skills essential (Microsoft Office)
  • Sales and customer centric with everything you do demonstrated by previous experience in a customer service role is equally important
  • Full of energy and passionate in demonstrating problem-solving to effectively resolve simple and complex enquiries
  • Able to work autonomously and at home
  • A can do, flexible, proactive attitude, focused on delivering results and solutions
  • Professionalism with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
