Excel Recruitment is currently looking for a confident, results oriented customer service assistant for our client located in Dandenong South. The successful candidate will have experience in building, hardware/retail and or kitchen industries.

Your Key Responsibilities would be:

  • Customer support (internal Sales)
  • Customer Service (answering incoming sales calls, email, fax, & general enquiries)
  • Order entries into database using SAP software
  • Raising quotes
  • Communication with local and overseas customers
  • Maintain stock levels
  • General admin and ad hoc duties in sales department

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Great attention detail
  • Great customer service skills and pleasant manner
  • Be a strong team player
  • General knowledge of Windows XP, Excel, Word, and MS Outlook
  • Basic math skills
