Receptionist for 1300 Compliance Services

The Company

1300 Compliance Services is an established safety and compliance business servicing the Real Estate Industry across Australia. Due to growth and internal restructure and to promote efficiency across the business, we are currently seeking a down-to-earth, level-headed individual to join our friendly and supportive office team becoming a key customer service member. 

This is a position for someone looking to develop their administrative skills, and who is looking for longevity within a fast paced and growing company.You will be involved in the inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, data entry, inputting work orders and general customer service enquiries, technician and client support. You will have a strong background in service and administration. This is a challenging role so you will be busy.

Demonstrated skills and requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience within a busy office environment
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, ordering stationary
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, forwarding and screening phone calls
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Highest level of communication skills (written and oral) with strong customer service focus
  • Highest level of attention to detail and accuracy a MUST.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise and manage competing demands.
  • High level of computer literacy with advanced skills in word, excel and database management.
  • You will be professional, well-presented and pride yourself on your appearance
  • You will be responsible, take ownership of your work, take direction working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Scheduling office calender
  • Assisting Management/ PA duties 

The following experience will be highly regarded, however not essential:

·         Property Management Experience

·         Knowledge of the Real Estate industry

Immediate 5 Days a week starting casual and leading to Full time. Flexibility required between the hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm.
