Who would you be working for?
Our CEO is the epitome of leading by example. He is the first in, and mostly the last person to leave. He knows everyone in the business on personal level and holds the respect and admiration of the AC3 & Bulletproof family. Laid back and super approachable with an open door policy, he is across the detail of the day to day runnings, while having his focus on the long term strategy of the business. He is the founding director and has built a dedicated team who really love their jobs!
 
What is this role at a high level?
This role has come about because the current EA has moved into another role in the business. The complexities of this role will vary day to day and you may find yourself managing travel arrangements, diary management, inbox management, assisting with the legal or financial matters of high profile customer engagements and general administration tasks. We are currently undergoing a merger which means there is a constant stream of change and a need for flexibility and creativity to meet the changing priorities and demands.

This role would suit someone with a very broad skill set who can proactively juggle the detail with the unforeseen matters that will arise. You will have an understanding of the overall business and be ‘in the know’ with the current affairs of our people, community and society.

  • Experienced Executive Assistant to C Level within the IT, Legal or Finance industry.
  • Ability to manage your time and our CEO’s seamlessly.
  • Someone that can represent the CEO’s brand.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations with a very high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • The most exemplary interpersonal skills to deal with other C level execs, our team, customers and partners.
  • Detail oriented. You are meticulous with detail and seeing things through to completion.
  • Extremely perceptive.
  • Prepared to embrace this workplace with the loyalty of a close-knit family.
  • Tenacious with a smile.
  • Advanced level administration skills across the MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & One Note).
  • Experience booking corporate domestic and international travel.
  • Some understanding of accounting for reconciliations and reporting.
