Who we are:

PMMRAC's main responsibilities are providing essential and community services to remote Indigenous communities within the Pilbara, Gascoyne and Murchison regions of Western Australia.  PMMRAC also have privately owned entities which provide multiple services (property management, mechanical, occupational health and safety, laboratory and environmental) within Western Australia.

Responsibilities:

Manage tenant debt

Log any maintenance requests into the client database

Manage accommodation bookings and travel requirements for the Housing Management team

Distribute relevant documentation when required and correspond to any housing concerns

Provided regular contributions to the review and customisation of administration policies and procedures

Manage record-keeping and related activities using Department of Housing record-management systems (TRIM and Habitat)

What you will bring with you:

Excellent administrative skills and experience

Demonstrated experience in a previous administration position

Ability to understand and interpret Housing and contractual obligations, follow procedures and relevant policies

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise multiple tasks

Excellent communication and customer service skills towards tenants, the department and colleagues

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Advanced Microsoft Office Suites (specifically Microsoft Word and Excel)

Professional attitude and presentation

Manual C class drivers licence - essential

Willing to undertake travel to remote Aboriginal communities within the Pilbara region and stay overnight as required
