The City’s talented workforce prides itself on delivering excellent service to the community and we are currently seeking an Administrative Support Officer - Reception to join our Collier Park Village team. Collier Park Village independent residential community for individuals over 55 years that contains 169 two-bedroom self-contained units that allows the residents to enjoy an autonomous lifestyle with the independence to travel as they please and entertain family and friends in their own home.

We are seeking a proactive, client focused individual to be the first point of contact on the phone and at the front desk and to provide high level administrative support to the Collier Park Village. The successful candidate will have

  • previous experience in an administration, customer service or reception role;
  • demonstrated skills in following business and office procedures;
  • ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills when answering or directing customer queries;
  • be available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2.30pm; and
  • Have a c class driver’s licence.

This permanent part-time (25 hours per week) position is a level 4 position that attracts a salary range of $63,115 - $73,580 pro rata per annum plus superannuation.  Our employees can take advantage of great working conditions and benefits including 5 weeks annual leave, training and professional development opportunities, health initiatives, and superannuation co-contribution options (up to 15.5%).
