Strata Dynamics is a successful and growing Body Corporate Management firm operating in the Brisbane CBD and are looking for an Administration Assistant with a positive attitude who values customer service excellence and has attention to detail to join our team. The role is designed to provide ongoing support to our team with potential for career progression for candidates who wish to pursue a career in Body Corporate Management. 
Experience in Body Corporate Management, Conveyancing Administration or Property Management is highly regarded but not essential as you will receive on the job training in the role. 

The role includes:

• 5 days per week 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Responding to client queries
• General administration tasks
• Providing administrative support to Body Corporate Managers
• Preparation of correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes
• Telephone support

The successful applicant will:

• Have a positive attitude 
• Must be a people person with a focus on customer service
• Have high attention to detail
• Have administration experience
• Be a team player
• Enjoy variety in the day
• Be a great communicator
• Have a high level of computer skills
