PROGRAMMED SKILLED WORKFORCE is currently seeking an Administrator - Document Control Support, to work with our client based in Karratha region. This is an ongoing position with a leading production facility. The successful candidate will work from Monday to Friday where you will use your organisational skills to effectively manage day to day operations whilst collaborating with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Karratha residents only
• 7am - 4pm
• 2 - 3 month contract
• Start immediately

Responsibilities include:
• Provide support to maintain overall management of document control including tracking, updating and record keeping for Yara Pilbara operations
• Management of engineering, quality and business support documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining QDMS and the master document files.
• Responsible for maintaining SAP DMS.
• Administrator for Yara Pilbara SharePoint.
• Assist Custodians with timely review of documentation.
• Actively participate in procedural development and review process.
• Ensure high standard of published documentation is maintained.
• Monthly performance review statistics and reporting.
• Perform monthly auditing duties.
• Submission of documents to clients, sub-contractors, and consultants.
• Track external documentation via transmittal and maintain transmittal system.
• Archiving Champion.
• Filing
• Assist in data management and compilation of action items from various reports.
• General administrative duties

Ideally you will have:

• Minimum year 12 graduate.
• Experience in SAP is desired
• Previous experience in document control practices would be beneficial
• Competency in MS Office suite
• Self-starter, proactive, strong work ethic
• Excellent organisational skills
• Attention to detail, high level of commitment
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Fluent English is essential
