Hudson are seeking an experienced Recruitment Support Officer to work with one of our Victorian Public Sectors clients on a 6 month contract. This is an administration support role and sits within the Talent attraction team.
The roles responsibilities will include:
- Calling and scheduling candidate interviews
- Posting job advertisements
- Preparing documents to support the recruitment process
- Booking meeting rooms for interviews
- Answering general candidate queries
- On boarding new candidates
- Arranging visitor passes
- Using Springboard to upload documentation as needed
Ideally you will have previous experience in an administration support role within a Government based talent acquisition team. Previous experience with the Springboard system would be highly advantageous.
*Please note this is a part time role - Monday availability is essential.
