Full Time Position for Scheduling Co-ordinator with an immediate start for the successful applicant.

We are seeking a Service / Scheduling Co ordinator to join our team.  This role would be best suited to candidates who have extensive experience within a service based environment which is fast paced.

This position will involve, Scheduling, Appointment setting, Minor Client liaising, Managing Field Service Technicians. Vehicle allocation, resourcing and basic administrative tasks. You must have a great memory and an eye to detail.

Duties:

·Liaise with Clients and Field Staff to coordinate and schedule appointments

·Record information on our database, maintain appointments calendar

·Create and maintain weekly job status reports

·You will be responsible for ordering parts, updating and dispatching technicians (including managing technician's timesheets),

Scheduling

· Provide an integral link in the delivery of maintenance services to customers

· Schedule and coordinate trade personnel in response to customer requirements

· Efficiently and professionally deploy phone calls to technicians ensuring the call response time requirements are met

· Ensure a high call closure rate within agreed time frames

· Ensure the scheduling of technicians is coordinated to reduce the total travel time and non-productive time.

· Ensure that maintenance work is completed within the set site specific deadlines

· Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers at all times

· Escalate any concerns or issues in regards to processes, deployment of technicians and client responses to the immediate Supervisor in a timely manner
