Our client is currently looking for an additional staff member to compliment their team. This person must be able to be flexible to jump in and assist the various departments, such as general office, accounts and retail areas.
Initially they have a requirement to assist with payroll processing, stock receipts and general reconciliation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full time position involving administrative tasks in the following areas:
- Till Reconciliation
- Daily receipting of stock into our Inventory system
- Franchise monthly reconciliations
- Payroll
- Monthly Excel Spreadsheets maintenance
- MYOB data entry
- General office housekeeping duties
- Provide assistance to the Business Managers
ABOUT YOU
You will be very adaptable and able to confidently jump in to assist with the various demanding duties that arise. You must be proactive, great attention to detail, excellent verbal communication and written experience. It would be desirable that you have Pronto, MYOB, Magento Online Platform and the use of Adobe Photoshop/illustrator.
