Located south of the river in O’Connor, Executive Wealth Partners is a growing, boutique financial advisory practice, providing a range of wealth management and strategic advice solutions to professionals, families and small business owners.

We have another job vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). 

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming clients to Executive Wealth Partners
  • Answering incoming calls and resolving client queries
  • Calling clients to arrange introduction and review meetings
  • General administration/office duties
  • Liaising with clients to collect required information for preparing advice
  • Administrative requirements relating to annual reviews and ongoing compliance

The successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a financial planning or related office based role
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with people
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and good problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and follow-through skills.
  • An ability to anticipate what is required of them and to work without supervision
  • Experience with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
