The Client:

We are looking to employ a Scheduling Administration and Personal Assistant, who has experience in effective scheduling of Team’s in order to make sure all Jobs service requirements are delivered in the appropriate time frame. This involves ensuring services are delivered efficiently and rosters are inline with Job requirements. A key element of this role includes reviewing roster exceptions on a daily basis to ensure services are reported and communicated accurately for customer service, billing and reporting purposes.
You will be required to, but not limited to:

Schedule, co-ordinate and facilitate of all the Jobs to be completed by the team for all customers

Maintain & Build relationships/rapport with installers and the customers

Entering, maintaining and managing tasks from start to finish

Maintaining the flow of works to the highest of standards

Checking Stock levels / Materials for tasks are all available and follow up.

Scheduling works with exceptional customer service to all customers

General Administration functions
-
Organising and co-ordinating of all installers
-
Communication of the calendar to installers and Warehouse to ensure that the correct stock is picked in accordance with the status of the job i.e. Timing

Overtime reconciliation from Installers

Product ordering for upcoming jobs
