AuMake International Limited is a retail company that listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (AU8). AuMake owns and operates warehouses across several states of Australia, including Perth, WA and Sydney, NSW, as well as eight physical retail stores in Sydney. The company plans to expand our store to at least 20 nationwide by mid-2019. The predominant customer base is Australian "daigou" and Chinese tourists however anyone can access the product range on offer.

  • Attend meetings to record minutes;
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors;
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email;
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work;
  • Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Assist with day to day HR operations

Qualifications and requirements

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of HR & Admin rules and principles concerning the circulation of documents in the office

Nice to have

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Efficient use of MS Office programs (doc., .ppt., .xls - At least medium level)
  • Typing text, editing letters, preparing presentations and analyses
  • High communication and customer service skills
  • Skills planning and organisation of multi-tasking, attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Positive attitude, responsibility, honesty, easy to contact and a sense of humour
