The Role

Reporting to the Risk and Compliance manager, you will help in the administration, maintenance and continual improvement of Dentons Risk Management and Compliance framework. This role is open to flexible working days and hours, however the ideal candidate would have the ability to work the equivalent of 0.6 FTE.

As part of the role you could find yourself working on:

  • The configuration and development, implementation and monitoring of various management systems, tools, registers and other supporting documentation that form the Risk Management and Compliance framework
  • Conducting investigations, updating registers and coordinating the implementation of approved remediation
  • Reviewing policies, procedures and other guidance documentation and ensure compliance with monitoring protocols and programs are in place and being actioned
  • The Coordination of information gathering for external client audits and tenders and assist with the drafting of responses
  • Governance and administration of PEXA and other external systems administered by Risk and Compliance

About you

To be successful in this busy role, strong organisational skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ideally you have at least 5 years administration experience and will possess the following attributes:

  • Proven attention to detail;
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and written;
  • Professional telephone manner;
  • Proficient technical skills in word, excel, outlook and powerpoint
