Our client, a well regarded Accounting firm based in Carlton amongst cafe's, restaurants and shops is seeking a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to professionally represent and support their business. Based on reception you will be the first point of contact for clients whilst supporting the wider team with various admin tasks and managing the office. You will enjoy working with a supportive and hands-on team who work together to offer a 5 star service to their clients. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones, taking messages and building rapport with key clients of the business.
  • Welcoming visitors into the business and ensuring meeting rooms are set up
  • Managing the company diary and making appointments for Partners
  • Lodging Income Tax returns
  • ASIC/Corporate Secretarial compliance
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable
  • Creating and formatting documents as requested 
  • Management of the database 
  • General office maintenance and managing office supplies 
  • Ad hoc admin tasks as required 
To be considered for this role you will present very professionally demonstrating excellent communication and engagement skills. Having prior experience working on reception, you will understand the importance this position has on the business. Experience in professional services will be highly regarded as will your broad range of administrative skills that will quickly add value.

Experience using MYOB and/or BGL will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided.
