The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Program Coordinator to join our Graduate Recruitment team in Port Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixture of events coordination of our graduate programs, and providing general administrative support within a high performing team, which plays a vital role in recruiting for our future Optometry leaders.

 

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
•    Provide general administrative support such as booking meetings, minute taking and preparing reports
•    End to end event coordination such as arranging venue booking, catering, travel and accommodation
•    Maintain the graduate candidate database and coordinate the recruitment selection process such as interview bookings, preparing contracts and on-boarding documents
•    Manage payments, expenses and invoicing
•    Liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally (Support Office, Stores and Graduates)

 

What we are looking for
This busy yet rewarding role will require someone with the following skills and experience:
•    Proven experience within a similar role in events coordination or graduate recruitment support role
•    A highly organised individual with great attention to detail who is able to meet strict deadlines
•    Strong communication and written skills
•    Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
•    Proactive individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment
