Described as the “Go To” Administration Officer and offering 30 flexible hours per week, this customer service admin manager role is responsible for the timely management of all office facilities and utilities, communicating with suppliers, technology coordination for the business, updating internal communication across the intranet, supporting the customer service team with volume of work and covering break times together with support administration for the business as a whole.
You’ll be kept busy with the juggling of order processing, returned goods procedures, onboarding and exiting administration for employees, developing, updating and improving processes, records and quality maintenance.
Oracle or large ERP experience is beneficial but most importantly your understanding, urgency and uncompromising precision are a must, together with a customer-sensitive attitude and excellent data entry skills. You’ll have an innate ability to organize and manage your own time with superb communication skills which will help you to build relationships with the internal teams, suppliers and customers and get the array of diverse projects running smoothly.
