They're looking to bring on an Office All Rounder to assist with the day to day operations of the office starting July 30th with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep Reception area clean and tidy at all times
- Greeting clients & customers
- Incoming & outgoing mail
- General administration
- Matching dockets & invoices
- Filing Invoices
- Ad hoc duties as necessary
Key Experience
- 2+ years relevant experience essential
- Exceptional customer service skills essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exposure to fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in MYOB preferable
Key Skills
- Proactive & initiative-driven approach
- High degree of attention to detail & ability to multi-task
- Initiative, problem-solving abilities & a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
