About the role

We are looking for an admin assistant who has fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility dealing with a range of people and strong organisational skills.

Part-time role with the possibility to progress to full time over the next 6 months.

Your role would primarily involve organising all the user testers for our user tests.  This includes recruiting appropriate testers from our test database, co-ordinating the test schedule and then ensuring testers compete their test in a timely manner.  

You will be expected to work from our office a minimum of 3 (half) days per week however there will be night and weekend hours required.  Any out of business hours work can be completed from home. Most of our testing happens on Thursday/Friday evenings and also weekends so you will be required to support testers and complete admin work during this time as required.  So a general flexible approach to hours will be required.

There is also an opportunity to expand the role out to include email marketing, social media posting and account management depending on the skills and drive of the candidate.  This would include suitable training in these areas.
