The CompanyOur client's primary goal focuses on the construction industry by being a support to workers and employers facilitating redundancy, insurance benefits and member support services.
The Role
Reporting to the relevant Team Leader, this temporary assignment with the potential for ongoing work, is responsible for the processing invoices.
You will be required to:
- Answer incoming calls efficiently and effectively:
- Deal with face to face enquiries from clients;
- Maintain accurate client information/details in the database;
- Provide relevant paperwork relating to the query;
- Provide general administrative support/adhoc duties.
The Qualifications, Attributes, Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will possess:
- Strong administration experience within a similar large and diverse business;
- Outstanding customer service skills to be able to respond to client needs;
- Proven experience in using word processing and spread sheeting applications including Microsoft Office suite applications - Outlook, Word, Excel and the Internet.
