The Opportunity

Work for a tier one brand and well known global institution. Renowned for their corporate environment and fast paced mentality, this is a fantastic opportunity for an immediate and highly capable EA looking take a career step into a fast paced project orientated role. This opportunity is suited to a highly capable candidate who may have come from property, construction or 'project orientated' environments. This temporary to permanent opportunity will allow you to execute fine-tuned EA support to a Director and small team.

The Responsibility

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Extensive diary management and meeting arrangements for Director;
  • Domestic and complex international travel arrangements including coordination of approvals and preparation of itineraries, presentations, travel expenses and related matters;
  • Administrating invoices and expenses;
  • Preparation of documents and presentations;
  • Maintaining client data and distribution lists; and
  • Management of event coordination from small to large scale;
  • Constantly facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Providing back-up administrative support to your peers.  
The Expertise

The ideal candidate will have recent industry exposure to a large corporate organisation, ideally property, construction or 'project orientated' environments. They will be polished, possess exceptional communication skills and love juggling multiple requests at once. Being proactive will come naturally, as will be navigating a corporate audience of internal stakeholders!
