Our new centre based at Seaford Meadows is an impressive, purpose-built facility with indoor and outdoor environments have been designed and customised to capture the imagination of all children to play, learn, develop and grow.  

Working as a support to our Centre Director, you will be required to facilitate and maintain varied tasks across the centre. You will be energetic, highly motivated and hold exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

The position will require you to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours for the right applicant. 

Your new position requires you to be humble, trustworthy, honest, reliable, professional and friendly.

Day to day, you will: 

  • Work alongside the Centre Director, personally meet and greet children, families and visitors to the centre
  • Answer and direct calls whilst maintaining the security of who enters and exits the centre at all times
  • Provide parents and carers with the required information as per company procedure and expectation
  • Manage Salesforce (our CRM Tool), and ensure tasks are followed up daily
  • Prioritise administrative tasks for every shift (checking throughout each day that we remain on top of all centre enquiries and follow up as per company procedure)
  • Conduct Parent Tours and Orientations
  • Manage parents accounts and monitoring ongoing payments with follow up as required
  • Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure)
  • Assist the centre with enrolments, and reach out to 
  • Assist in entry of team member timesheets, ensuring accuracy of data and staff pay details
  • Open mail and distribute
  • Filing as necessary.

Skills Required:

  • High proficiency in the QikKids software system is required
  • Working knowledge of (CCMS- Child Care Management System Guidelines) is also required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher of 'Windows' and related computer skills including GMail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to time manage, priorities, produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
  • Hold Current Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills – both written and verbal.
