We are seeking a happy, motivated, customer focussed individual to become a member of our dynamic team and take on the important role of Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
 
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Promptly answer every phone call with a friendly and mature demeanour
  • Meet and greet – making clients feel welcome and be the face of our company on front reception
  • Arrange meeting rooms for appointments
  • Sort mail and banking – and receipt courier deliveries
  • General office administration including filing and data entry
  • Supporting sales administration as required in relation sales file preparation and management, and support with advertising listings on REIWA.
  • Supporting the property management team as required in relation to advertising and admin
  • Assistance with company events and functions
  • Assisting management as required
  • Other administration and co-ordination duties as required

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Experience or exposure to real estate or settlement agency 
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Exceptional phone manner and email etiquette
  • Ability to manage appointments and bookings – diarising with calendars
  • Previous experience with managing busy phone lines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Professional attire and presentation
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and documentation
