Administration Officer

The Role:

RCH Mental Health is seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join our community team which is based in St Albans.

 

The successful applicant will provide effective and well-coordinated administrative support to the site. This will include:

  • Performing reception duties
  • Utilising our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to schedule and manage appointments.
  • Use of local databases and reporting systems for data entry
  • General administrative tasks including processing invoices and reporting maintenance requests
  • Experience working within the hospital/healthcare setting environment is desirable.
