The Opportunity
  
We require an immediately available Administrator/PA for a 4 week temporary contract, with an accounting and financial planning firm in Brisbane CBD. This position requires a person who is able to pick up new skills quickly, has excellent attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude. The successful candidate must be immediately available and able to commit to a 4 week assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Personal assistant duties
• Liaising between clients, accountants and planners to produce outgoing company correspondence
• Manage and update client files and database information
• Greeting clients and coordinating meeting schedules
• Reception relief as required
• Collation of returns and financials
• Management of Word and Excel documents

Requisite Skills & Experience

• Proven administration experience within a professional services environment in a similar position - must be a financial planning or accounting firm
• Proficient with Handisoft beneficial
• Must have excellent communication skills and be reliable
