After experiencing considerable growth over the last couple of years we have created a new Administration and Purchasing Assistant role.
Administration and Purchasing Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organising and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining price-lists and catalogues
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
- Researching potential vendors
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
- Work experience in Reception or as a Purchasing Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
