Duties will include but not be limited to:
· Answering phone inbound phone calls, answer queries and direct calls as appropriate
· Raising jobs and orders for service jobs
· Generating invoices and quotes
· Scheduling jobs to contractors around NSW, VIC & QLD
· Booking in and scheduling service works
· Preparing tradesman timesheets for accounts
· General office duties
Profile
To be successful in this role you will have ideally worked in a trade company service/administration position for more than 2 years and have a friendly demeanour and customer service skills.
It is essential that you possess good MS Office skills. Furthermore, you will need to have accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail and proven time management skills.
Previous experience in a trade services company and/or experience working with SIMPRO would be advantageous.
· Part time (3 - 4 days per week), (Full time when required to cover annual leave of the Service Administrator)
· Immediate start
· Seven Hills location
