Sales Administrator required for a medical company based in Parramatta. Monday- Friday, 4 hours per day
Your new company
You will be working for a well established, global company as a Sales Administrator. They have enjoyed success in over 100 countries internationally and continue to grow and gain market share. You will be working locally in their Parramatta branch in Western Sydney.
Your new role
- Raising, tracking and escalating orders
- Informing both engineers and customers about ETA of required parts
- Ensure timely processing of repair jobs by verifying and closing work orders
- Invoicing customers
- Informing customers about dates of expiry and following up on quotes
What you'll need to succeed
- Advanced customer service skills both verbal and written
- Experience processing customer orders
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment
- Experience with Oracle or similar system
- Adaptable and able to work off own initiative
What you'll get in return
- You will be working for a well established company starting ASAP
- 3 month assignment with potential extension
- $30- $35 per hour + super, paid weekly
- Hours of work are Monday- Friday 4-5 hours per day (flexible)
- Although onsite parking is not available the office is in close proximity to public transport
