Our Client, a well-established manufacturing, sales and service provider of specialised equipment is seeking a vibrant Administrator to join them in the inner northern suburbs of Adelaide.

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will find yourself working in a hands-on capacity undertaking a varied range of administration tasks. Every day will be different!

Parking is available onsite. Accounts and inventory management is processed using Attache software.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing PA duties to the Managing Director as required
  • Manning a quiet reception area with little walk in traffic
  • Providing excellent customer service to visitors and co-workers
  • Providing liaison with external suppliers and consultants. Eg. Gardening, gas, electricity, telephone, alarm
  • Purchasing all required office goods and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  • Updating and maintaining in-house WHS procedures and manuals as directed
  • Collating manuals and booklet support for sales and service departments
  • Accounts receivable / debt collection
  • Work order invoicing / data processing
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Filing warranty claims
  • Liaison with shipping companies regarding documentation and arrivals
  • Filing relevant government registrations as required
  • Social media monitoring and assistance delivering marketing projects
  • Special projects as allocated by the Managing Director

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • AP / AR Experience
  • Proven success supporting executive team or manager
  • A tested minimum typing speed of 55wpm with upwards of 90% accuracy
  • Proven Microsoft Suite competency of Intermediate to Advanced
  • Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing onsite as required
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage project based assignments
  • ** Experience working with Attache software is an advantage but not essential
