Working for a small, but fast paced professional services company based in the CBD you will become the face of the company for a 4 week assignment. Based on the front reception desk you will never find any day the same!

Our client is a recently established company looking for an experienced and corporate receptionist to cover a 4 week annual leave period.

You will be solely responsible for all reception duties which will include:

  • Answering all incoming calls, directing to relevant department and message taking
  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors
  • Organizing couriers on a daily basis
  • Receiving and distributing all enquiries - both post and electronically
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising catering as required
  • Short notice domestic travel arrangements
  • General adhoc administration as required by the team

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate previous corporate reception experience, be able to commit to the length of the assignment and have intermediate word and outlook skills.
