The Quality Assessment and Regulation Division (QARD) is seeking an Assessment and Rating Support Officer to join its Eastern Metropolitan Area team.
This is an ongoing, full time position at the VPS2 level based in Glen Waverley, Melbourne.
This position will work collaboratively across other QARD regional areas.
This position will involve travel which may include overnight stays.
Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the regional regulatory workforce
• Assist in the administration of assessment and rating visits, including scheduling, tracking and monitoring the assessment and rating cycle
• Administer the record and file management system
• Manage and track requests for correspondence, reports and general information
• Other activities as defined in the role position description.
