MARCS and David Lawrence have been dressing Australia's grown up cool kids and professional women respectively for over 40 years. With a heritage background and yet a start up feel, we plan on sticking around for at least another 40 years to come!
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a new Office Manger to join our fun and dynamic team and help us with our day to day operations.
This role is not for the faint of heart! You will be juggling several projects at once and have different stakeholders to manage.
The idea candidate will be resilient and calm under pressure.
You will be able to push back and manage people expectations.
You have excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks.
You are a relationship builder and someone with strong written and verbal communications.
This role can be split into 4 parts:
Office Management - Day to day management of the Office (Including Event Planning)
New Store Set Ups – Partnering with the Retail Teams to assist in opening up new stores
Purchasing – Responsible for all store purchasing including store sundries
General Administration - Provide assistance to GM and Group Operations Manager when required
