Due to continuing growth of the practice, an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant has arisen. We offer a variety of services including taxation advisory, business structuring, financial services and management consulting.
About the role
Lever Business Accountants are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, communications and administration professional to assist the directors with managing the strategies of the firm.
You will help coordinate the communications activities (including managing the website & social media) and client and office administration. You will work closely with the directors as their base support whilst they travel between offices of our growing firm.
About You
You are a strong generalist with proven expertise in administration and communications. You will have experience working in professional services environment and ideally financial planning or accounting firm.
Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful in this role include:
- Administration – diary management, meetings coordination, proofing docs, booking travel, maintaining and improving systems.
- Marketing and communications – digital marketing, website management, templates management, e-news, client engagement, content creation, internal communications, domain management.
- Technical – Microsoft 365, advanced Word, APS experience is desirable but not mandatory. Voyager/XPLAN experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Attributes - Excellent proven written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional professional image.
- Great organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in daily work
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills as you will be required to liaise directly with clients and the rest of the team;
- Willing and able to take ownership and follow up.
