The Role:

Your new role will see you play a pivotal part in assisting clients with information that will help them become an active member of the community.

This is a client facing position where you will work closely with clients to identify what current and future supports are required in order to ascertain next steps and client goals with an aim of ensuring better long term outcomes.

Role requirements will include but not limited to will include:

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
  • Providing detailed information to clients and adjusting your approach as required
  • Ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion
  • Ability to research & gather relevant information from a variety of sources
  • Manage administrative functions (emails, documents, data entry & phone calls)
  • Ability to liaise and work cooperatively with multiple stakeholders and associated providers

About You:

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • An understanding and knowledge of community services, health and or an understanding of disability and its impact on individuals
  • Ability to work within the team and adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high a standard of work and accuracy
  • Have a background or similar experience within Government, case management or disabilities
