The Role
 
We’re in the hunt for someone that has knowledge of contract and risk assessment and can build strong relationships with the sales and supply chain teams.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Review, process and approve customer’s contracts and supporting materials
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Manage orders throughout the process
  • Manage risk mitigation and ensure contracts are compliant with the corporate policy
  • Ensure orders are monitored and correspondence is responded to within agreed SLA’s
  • Monitor and capture contract errors and issues through administration review process
  • Build strong relationships with sales and supply chain teams to ensure prompt resolution of any problems
The Person
 
The successful applicant must have:
  • Basic excel skills and the ability to investigate and solve problems
  • Good in communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Take ownership of the role and has a passion for continuous improvement.
