Working for a National Property Developer & Construction Company, you will be a Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director, and the wider team as required. This is a permanent role based in the South East. 

The Key Responsibilities of the position will be:
  • Diary management & coordination 
  • Coordinate & attend meetings - organise & distribute agenda items, collate minutes
  • Travel arrangements
  • Prepare written business communication, correspondence and reports
  • Reconcile expense reimbursements
  • Invoice Processing
  • General Admin Tasks - accurate filing, photocopying, data entry
  • Ad-hoc requirements from the wider team
To be successful in this position you must have:
  • Previous PA experience, ideally within a similar industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi task and handle a variety of tasks
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • A mature and professional attitude 
  • Proficient skill in MS Word, Excel & Outlook 
  • A fast and accurate typing speed.
