A rare opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service Department for a Customer Service Admin Officer to assist the existing Customer Service team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Following up with trades to ensure completion of works
  • Liaising with Customer Service Coordinators and Manager
  • Preparation of reports and meeting minutes
  • General office filing including scanning and saving documents to job files
  • Preparation of invoices for authorization
