A rare opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service Department for a Customer Service Admin Officer to assist the existing Customer Service team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Following up with trades to ensure completion of works
- Liaising with Customer Service Coordinators and Manager
- Preparation of reports and meeting minutes
- General office filing including scanning and saving documents to job files
- Preparation of invoices for authorization
