The Company

PhoneCycle is a mobile phone buy back and recycling company. Our service provides our clients with the opportunity to help the environment as well as raise money for themselves or for one of our many charity partners.

The Role

You will be an integral part of the team providing support to both the Business Manager and Operations Team on a variety of duties including:

- General Office Support

- Compiling reports in Excel

- Assess the quality and basic functionality of mobile phones

- Full training provided so no prior experience required

- Data entry of mobile phone test results into our customised software system

- Coordinate courier collections

- Maintain an organised work space in the technical area to ensure efficient work flow

What we're looking for

- Experience in a varied administration/team support role

- Tech savvy

- High level of attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

- Ability to stay motivated and focused to complete repetitive tasks

- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn business procedures

- Positive, proactive and friendly attitude

- Good initiative

- Basic Microsoft Office skills
