Kelly has a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator in a corporate environment. Our client is a very reputable and well respected company in Australia. The right candidate must have a keen eye for attention to detail, and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
You will be reporting directly to the Team Manager. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the team
- Ensure sensitive and confidential data is recorded in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with sensitive and confidential data entry and updating data
- Assist with the analysis and preparation of reports
- Develop, monitor and maintain relevant databases
- Develop and maintain operating procedure and policies
To be a successful in this role, you will have proven experience in the following:
- Experience as a admin support in a corporate or government environment, ideally in the finance sector
- Experience in updating data/preparation of reports
- Strong knowledge of Ms Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential
- High attention to detail
- Strong communications skills, verbal and written
- Experience in dealing with various levels of management/staff and multiple departments
- Can manage own projects and workload
- Works well in a team
