All Door Solutions is a well known commercial door maintenance, repairs and new installation company, who supply a wide range of commercial door services to government departments, councils, hospitals and property management clients.

We are recruiting for a service coordinator / scheduler with a proven track record, to join our busy service department and help lead our team of service technicians to deliver projects on time and on budget whilst providing the highest quality of service to our customers from our head office at Loganholme.

In this position we are looking for someone who has the ability to work well under pressure and enjoys the challenges a busy service department can bring.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating / scheduling service technicians on a daily bases, prioritising jobs to meet clients ever changing requirements
  • Identify work order backlogs on a site by site basis and work with the sales and field technicians to reduce the quantity of outstanding orders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Help manage the overall administration of the service department.
  • Achieving and maintaining revenue, profitability and targets.
  • Help develop strategies for operational development.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience

  • Proven ability to coordinate / schedule tradesman and manage the administration of a service department and have well developed maintenance planning skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organisational time management
  • Have well developed computer skills. 
  • Previous experience within a service industry would be an advantage.
