Ideally, you are customer focused, have excellent problem solving skills with a willingness to learn and obtain product knowledge. You are confident, decisive and love working within a team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing accurate product information including pricing, stock availability and expected delivery times
- Accurately and promptly processing orders into the CRM
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to maximise sales opportunities
- Actively following up on customer orders
- General administration
